Tournament Fees

C$375 – Full Position
C$300 – ½ Position
C$200 – Guest/Groom whole weekend, children under 12 are free
C$100 – Guest/Groom one day only, children under 12 are free

The tournament fees include prizes, food, beverages, stabling and hay from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Anyone wishing to extend their stay at the Vancouver Polo Club before or after the tournament, a fee of $15 per night, per horse will be added to your fees.

Let us know if specific feed requirements are required. Available options are local hay, alfalfa, Step 8 pellets, oats.

accommodATION

Check for hotels or Airbnb in White Rock, Delta, Tsawwassen or Surrey. Try to avoid locations such as Richmond or Vancouver which are north of the George Massey tunnel on Highway 99, as there are frequently traffic jams. Alternatively camp at the field side, shower facilities available in the club house.

REGISTRATION

Player registration will be held at the clubhouse starting at 6:00PM on Friday or you can register online anytime. All players must be paid in full and waivers signed before the start of play.

Our Tournament has been approved as a USPA Tournament, so please ensure your USPA memberships are up to date.

DIVOT STOMPING

We would appreciate everyone’s help to stomp our divots after each game. Even better, grab a spectator and encourage them to do the same!
